Assessment and therapy sessions are available for those who would like help with being assessed for Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), or treatment for symptoms of mental health difficulties, such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), workplace stress, attachment and relationship difficulties.

Holistic and tailored therapy

Sessions are eclectic, drawing on a variety of psychological approaches – cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT), cognitive analytic therapy (CAT), dialectic-behavioural therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR), and psychodynamic/relational approaches – to build individualised and holistic care packages that empower each individual to embark on recovery and achieve their therapeutic goals. However, it is believed that the development of a positive therapeutic relationship between therapist and patient is tantamount to recovery from any mental health difficulty; this means shared-decision making and the development of trust in an calm and non-judgemental environment.

Online therapy sessions are delivered online via video call (Zoom, Facetime, Microsoft Teams, What’s App video). Working online allows us to fit your therapy around your schedule at a time that works for you.
